Your entry will be judged fairly and objectively, irrespective of budget, scale or resource. Each entry will be judged within its own context and on its own merits giving an even playing field to large and small companies and campaigns alike.

Your entry will be evaluated on the following key areas:

Digital Campaign, Digital Strategy & Solution Categories

Challenge

  • What was the market situation in which the business/brand was operating?
  • How would you describe the specific business/brand-consumer challenge that was being addressed?
  • What key statistics illustrate the scale of this challenge in detail?

Strategy

%

  • Describe your digital strategy.
  • What core insight or idea was the work built upon?
  • Can you outline your creative approach and the innovations used, along with the unique features that underpinned them?
  • How were these developed to ensure they were both distinctive and impactful?

Execution

%

  • Provide an overview of how your campaign/strategy was implemented and its level of success.
  • What different tactics and mediums were used, and what roles did they play within the campaign/programme?
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of digital integration in overcoming challenges. Include details on the implemented technology and its unique features.

Results

%

  • What clear evidence or metrics demonstrate the performance of your strategy, and how do you quantify the results?
  • In what ways did this solve the marketing challenge you faced?
  • Provide a clear rationale as to why you believe this qualifies for a DigiZ Award.

Company Profile & Leadership

  • A brief introduction of your company, including the market you are operating in, key roles and responsibilities of your people and leaders, years of experience, etc.
  • Describe how you have succeeded in managing your teams, including development, retention, and key hires.
  • Demonstrate how the leaders lead the company in terms of operations, business growth, and reputation.

Product

  • Describe your products/works developed over the eligible period.
  • What was the strategic thinking behind these works?
  • What creative ideas and innovations were behind your works, and how do they stand out as significant and unique in the industry?
  • The information judges will be examining for is key market-leading products/works and selected case studies, innovation and discipline developed.
  • You might want to include: any game-changing strategies and innovations; Key recognition and client testimonials.

Performance

  • Describe the performance of your company over the eligible period and how you have gone above and beyond expectations and deserves recognition for the achievements.
  • Elaborate with the measurable metrics/statistics on the success of your strategies in relation to the initial objectives/KPI.

Perspective

  • Describe the vision behind your strategies and how your organisation is an industry leader.
  • Demonstrate your most important achievements within the judging periods.
  • You might want to include: industry contribution and thought leadership; any articles and research published; any presentations by senior representatives; awards won in the eligible period.

Talent Categories

Please write a maximum 2,000 words (total) including evidence to support and address each of the specific category criteria bullet points outlined in the entry guideline’s judging criteria. Please ensure all areas mentioned are covered within your submission as the jury will be looking for these details. Each bullet point will hold a maximum potential value of 10 points.
